Belle Squad does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an item please return item and place a new order. Please refer to our Return Policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within (14 calendar days) of receiving merchandise. All items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed with original packaging and tags attached. (All Bags, Intimates, cosmetics, sale/clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged).
Can i return a ring if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you can return a ring if it doesn't fit you. Don't worry, these thing happen. When you receive a ring, DO NOT remove the tag immediately. Please try it out until you are 100% sure with the size, color and comfort. If a tag is removed, you can no loner return it.
You should expect to receive your return within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to ship your exchanged item(s) (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving item(s). If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Belle Squad can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping charges are calculated at the end of the checkout process by the total amount of purchase. Feel free to take advantage of our flat rate shipping. E-mail conformation will be sent after orders(s) are processed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your items to ship.
We ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by a country for importing consumer goods.
All customers will be responsible for return shipping fees for items. Shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from exchange total or balances.
Customers should inquire about carriers with trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We are not liable for returns not received.
